Recent Participant in one of our Two Month Fitness Intensive Small Groups. Her program consisted of our healthy eating plan, 3-4 Conditioning Sessions per week with her personal trainer Andrew, and Cardio Sessions 3-4 times per week. A Personal Training program can do this for you!
